What do I do?

Facilitation

I have been engaged in facilitation since 2012.

Most often I facilitate case conferences.I also facilitate demanding communication processes within companies and organizations.

My facilitation principles

  • I am for everyone involved.
  • Every voice should be able to be heard.
  • I do not interfere with the content unless I am clearly prompted.
  • What a flip looks like is important. It helps.
  • Sometimes it’s nice to lighten the process.

Therapy

I work with kids and adults.

I am Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

I have training in coaching and CTB (formaly unfiished).

I am na atendee of training focused on therapy of children and parents.

What is important for me?

  • Yours and mine safety.
  • Clarity of our work so that you understand what and why I do.
  • So that you are always able to „leave safely“.
  • Playfulness at work (not only with children).
  • Confidentiality.

What do I don´t do?

I don´t prescript drugs.

I don´t do psychodiagnostics.

I don´t do any desitions instead of you.

About me

I am originally from a village in the Eagle Mountains. I went to Olomouc to study psychology and then I stayed there. Olomouc charmed me with its beauty and helpfulness.

I am happily married to Terezka and together we have a daughter Dorotka and dogs Aisha and Gouda.

In my free time I like with my family, outdoors, on the rocks, with dogs or friends, I play volleyball or football, I play with poics or I juggle.

I like to relax with a good fantasy movie.

 

I started working as a therapist in 2011.

  • 2008 – 2013 I studied Psychology at UP in Olomouc.
  • 2011 – 2012 I completed coaching training
  • 2012 – 2016 I participated in training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Dr. Zbytovsky. From a formal point of view, I have not completed my training and I will not finish it.
  • 2018 – 2021 I completed training work with trauma according to Peter Levin Somatic Experiencing ®
  • 2022 – 2028 participant in Systematic Training in Counseling for Children and Parents and Child Psychotherapy (INDEPT)

 

You’ll know me probably coming by bike and with a backpack. I am more relaxed in contact and I try to be natural. I don’t like things that are done „for form“.

I am playful both in working with children and adults.

My price is 50% higher when I work in English language.

Price for 50 min of therapy in English…… 1350 Kč

Price for 50 min of couple therapy in English…… 1500 Kč

Price for 60 min of facilitation in English…… 1875 Kč

I accept payment either in cash, QR code or by bank transfer.

Price is valid since 1.1.2024.

Canceling fees

If you cancel our meeting more than 24 hours in advance, you do not pay any cancellation fee.

If you cancel our meeting less than 24 hours in advance, I charge 50% of the price.

If you cancel our meeting less than 6 hours in advance, I charge 100% of the price for it.

It happens that I don’t pick up the phone. You can also leave an SMS message to let me know that I should contact you. I usually call back on missed calls.

My office is located at:

The office is on the first floor, the first door on the right. It’s office number 100.

Ring the bell „Fülep, Fülepová, Ondřej Toth“ and I will let you in with the bell.

The tram stop Nádraží město is about 100 meters.

It is possible to park directly at the study, places are often occupied.

On Monday afternoon I use the office of my colleague Lucie Šimková. The office is in the same building, on the same floor. I will always write an SMS if the therapy takes place in a different area than in my standard office.
